Haggling with Barclaycard for better balance transfer?

Hi,

I have £4600 on an MBNA card with a rate for life of 5.9% - I have a barclaycard with zero balance and a credit limit of £5000. Looking on the balance transfers page on here, BC are offering 0% for 32 months with a 0.72% fee. When I logged in to my account, the offer for me is 0% until 01/05/2018 with a 3.4% fee.

Does anyone know if it's worth me contacting Barclaycard to see if they can do better on the fee of the balance transfer? I'm paying £200 off per month so would save around £300 in interest if I could get it on the BC at 0% (but at 3.4% fee, that would nearly half  )

TIA

If you look on the MSE balance transfer cards page, you get 0% fee for up to 24 months if you apply to a different CC company. Try those before you resort to paying 3.4% with barclaycard
