PerfectGlasses.co.uk....a terrible experience!

If you have used this on-line prescription glasses provider and it has been straightforward, I am SO happy for you. However, it is when there is a problem that the fun will start. My issue with the company has been rambling on since March 2nd when I placed an order for prescription Polaroid sunglasses. They were faulty, returned them. Since then there has been a catalogue of delaying techniques, lies and false promises. Despite requesting and being promised a refund of my money on numerous occasions, it has not happened, and today although I asked them NOT to send another faulty product, I have today taken receipt of another pair of sunglasses.... without Polarised coating that I paid an extra £30 for! And so it goes on....
By doing a good search of on-line reviews (not just the usual one!), you will see a repetitious theme running through the negative comments.
I have now accepted that I have lost my money. I shall do everything that is legal though to alert others who are considering purchasing from an on-line specs provider, not to use this one. There really are some good ones out there, just do your research.
Oh! by the way, although having a UK address and telephone number, they work out of India which obviously equates to slower shipping times.
