Beware Mighty Deals

I ordered an ipad in January from Mighty Deals. It still had not arrived by March so I cancelled the order. We are now in May and i still have not had a refund. I have sent them a notice of court proceedings which they have just ignored. I am now having to instigate a claim at the small courts to try and get my money back. They are nothing but thieves.

How did you pay? Would a chargeback or section 75 claim be more useful?0

As above ... chargeback or S75 for non-receipt of goods. Far quicker and easier than court.0
