Predatory tactics

Options
Apparently the IPC forbids "predatory tactics" and what more the IAS actually upheld the appeal; I don't think it's 1st April!

Unfortunately the IAS didn't uphold the appeal, ESPEL didn't contest it, so no precedent.

To be fair, the entire IPC business model is based around predatory tactics, so I'm not sure they'd uphold it.

The IAS didn't actually rule on an unmarked car being 'predatory practices'...

The PPC didn't fight the appeal, so driver wins by default.
