Debt-free day: 8th May 2015 "Remember that sometimes not getting what you want is a wonderful stroke of luck," Dalai Llama0 -
Hi May Marvellous-oes,
Quick post.
Debt Free-Nillionaire Continuity Plan Year Two:
* Went to work even though I was feeling rather physically unwell. Managed to get through 10 hour shift but the exertion required left me mentally drained and a shade paranoid: this often happens when I'm overtired.
Anyway, pennies earned and I'm sure I'll be fine in the morning.
* DW went to the dentist again, and came back with more toothpaste samples.
How about you folks?

Our favourite at the moment which we have just (re) found is half can coconut milk, mix with 1 can self raising flour - just as a measure. Mix, use spoon to split in 4. Steam for about 10 minutes (can use paper muffin cases if you want but not essential). Meanwhile fry chopped chicken with sliced onion and mushroom. Add garlic and ginger if have it or any sort of Chinese sauce/ flavourings such as Chinese 5 spice, oyster sauce or soy sauce. Can add broccoli too (add to steamer with dumplings). Makes a lovely filling meal with no potato or pasta
