The Yorkshire Vet, Competition 2 – Additional Terms and Conditions

1) The prize comprises:
a) Standard class return rail travel for two from the UK mainland station nearest to the prize winner’s home address to Garsdale Train Station, unless the winner’s home address is in Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands, in which case, the prize will include return economy class flights and transfers to the hotel;
b) Return private transfers for two between Garsdale Train Station and the hotel;
c) Three (3) nights’ accommodation for two at the 5* Yorebridge House Hotel, based on the prize winner and their companion sharing a boutique bedroom with hot tub on a bed and Full Yorkshire breakfast basis (subject to availability);
d) One (1) bottle of Champagne in your room on arrival.
e) A Three-course dinner for two on all 3 evenings at the hotel’s restaurant (excludes drinks);
f) Full use of the hotel’s leisure facilities.
g) A trip to Wensleydale Creamery with a behind the scenes tour and a meal for two in Calvert’s Restaurant at Wensleydale Creamery Visitor Centre; and
h) £500 spending money.
2) The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of their congratulations e-mail/ letter from Cloud Nine Incentives being sent and at least six weeks in advance of their preferred departure date or the prize may be forfeited.
3) The prize must be taken within 12 months of the prize winner being notified of the prize and cannot be taken on or between the following dates: 4th June 2016 – 26th July 2016, 22nd October – 30th October 2016, 19th December 2016 – 3rd January 2017, 18th February 2017 – 26th Feb 2017, 8th April 2017 – 24th April 2017, 1st May 2017, 27th May 2017 – 4th June 2017 and 26th July – 3rd September 2017.
4) The behind the scenes tour at Wensleydale Creamery is subject to satisfactory completion of a site-specific health questionnaire, and adherence to their hygiene policy.
5) The meal for two, including drinks in Calvert’s Restaurant at Wensleydale Creamery Visitor Centre, is up to a maximum value of £100 only.
6) Where the prize winner is under 18 years old, he/she must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over to check into the hotel. Please note that either the prize winner or their companion will need a current and valid credit card in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes.
7) The prize excludes transfers between the winner’s home and the train station/airport, drinks, additional meals, excursions, attractions, spa treatments, gratuities, personal expenses, travel insurance and all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the prize.
8) The prize and all its elements are subject to availability.
9) There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize. The prize is non-transferrable.
10) Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the prize winner.
11) A cheque for the spending money included in the prize will be issued in the prize winner’s name within 14 days of the holiday booking being confirmed.
