I have just returned from a trip to the states where my children bought an interactive spongebob squarepants toy which has to be programmed via the pc after installing the CD-rom which came with it. I have tried to install this disk on both of my laptops and each time I get an error message saying that the library MSVCR80.dll is missing and that I need to install it. If someone could advise me of how I do this and preferably in English, not technical jargon, I would be really grateful. Many, many thanks.
