Any advise would be appreciated
Millennium Parking Services, very kindly stuck a PCN to my car Friday night, whilst my car was parked in my own allocated parking space, my permit was evidently visable, however the bottom part was sitting slightly under the black band of windscreen...
I haven't appealed to MPS, however have emailed Barratt homes, who have forwarded my pictures to MPS
And this was there reply to Barratt..
Please see below response from MPS
Hi David, looking at the photos, the permit mentioned is very obscured. To the point you can only see the mps logo on top of the permit and neither the site name or number to prove that the permit is valid on the copper quarter.
If the driver gives you permission for you to see photos taken I can forward you them, so you can see the extent of obscurity.
Mr Davies hasn't sent in a formal appeal yet, and i would urge him to do so.
Thanks
Paul
Bearing in mind I actually live here, and the ticket was issued by the Barrart Sales office. .
Thanks

What precisely does the signage say about displaying the permit? You can probably win at the first attempt if it is vague.0

I think he means the permit. Barrat know fine well that he has a valid permit.
Presumably, the same car has been using that space for weeks/months, so the warden must recognise it?0
