With regard to gas and electricity, I suggest you go direct to the supposed supplier and as why they have set the rotweilers on to you. Presumably you have a legitimate account with them.

Similarly with the mobile phone suppliers and the loan and insurance companies.

When you contacted ourselves did we raise this with our victims of fraud team for you?

If it wasn't it may be worth contacting us again so that our dedicated victims of fraud team can investigate the fraudulent data.
