Black Horse PPI help

Hi, I wonder if anyone could possibly PLEASE help me with a Blackhorse PPI claim?

I tried a couple of years back (I know should of kept on with it back then) and got a reply saying they can't find my policy due to it being a few years old, I sent them a bank statement showing a direct debit coming out to Black horse dated 30/11/2005 but as there is no plan number they're unable to help.

I contact my bank (Halifax) but same story due to time frame they've no longer got the direct debit information.

Is there a step forward that I could possibly make? Fed up with PPi calls reminding me I need to act.

Send them a SAR and £10 to see what details remain. Be aware though, that if this was sold prior to January 2005 they can dismiss your complaint, and that if the search retuens nothing, you will have spent £10 for nothing.

From your information I've found a link regarding SAR form do I just copy that? I note it say's account number etc, I don't have this information to give them can they get from me providing previous addresses?

Will keep searching SAR's thank you for your help.

Put all info you can on there, previous address if it's relevant, approximate date etc....
