Thanks for this it made interesting reading and supports the contention that a stay is inappropriate as not all issues will be covered. Indeed the scope of the issues in the test case are very limited.

Hi Nathan, The link you give in #1. Do I need to print that out in the likelihood of having to go to Court (my daughter really).
I am awaiting a response to the Court's Acknowledgement of Service for Barclay's 23rd Aug.
They have until 21st Sept 07 to give particulars of claim, or file defence.
Any guidance you can give will be much appreciated. Thank you MM

The document for whiah Nathan very kindly provided the link for in post 1 is only needed if the case is stayed and you want to rely on it in support of an application to have the stay lifted. You may want to save a copy of it in case needed.

Hi Stokey125, Thank you so much for the prompt reply, I have printed it out for future reference.
Perhaps you could help with something else (while I've got you!!).

I have just posted a thread on the main forum re T&Cs for Barclays 2001.
As I said there, I have been on the CAG site an printed out from there, but it is in booklet form which prints out much too small to read, not matter what I try.
Any other ideas I could try. Many thanks again MM

Sorry beyond me I take it you have tried increasing the font size and saving it with the new font size then printing it. That is the only thing I can think of.
