Problem with website

I use this website daily:-
http://webapps.westdorset-weymouth.gov.uk/webcams/pages/layout.aspx?cam=beach
and use the Esplanade webcam, but since yesterday it fails and shows a box which when clicked, gives out this message:-
500 - Internal server error.
There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.
I entered the url in:-http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/# and am told:-
It's just you. http://webapps.westdorset-weymouth.gov.uk is up.
So, what can I do to resolve this please?.
I suppose if you were to try it and it worked, it might help. What I will say, it takes a couple of minutes to get the webcam operating. I've told them about it before, but they say "it's their system".

the 500 Internal Server Error is a server-side error, meaning the problem probably isn't with your computer or Internet connection but instead is a problem with the web site's server.0

It's not working - I have just tried it.0
