Dual Energy - any experiences?

Apologies if there is another thread - I couldn't find it if there is.

We're looking to change over our electricity supplier at work and our broker has run quotes with Dual Energy coming out cheapest.

I have not heard of this company before and was wondering if anyone has any experience of using them - good or bad.

There are no end of business gas/electricity suppliers these days as it's a fairly lucrative market. It works different to domestic energy in lieu of the fact you don't have any cooling off periods for a start. Prices are usually + VAT and being business tend to be typically higher in the first place.

However being business orientated they tend to have better levels of customer support and care but at the end of the day it's the same electricity as everybody else uses.
