virgin broadband taking money
morning all, i've been with virgin media broadband for 3 months now, and i've just received a bill for £46.79 even though i signed up for a £22.49 a month for the first 12 months.
so upon contacting them, it appears due to their "technical issue" they didnt take payment for the first 2 months and are trying to take it all now.
where do i stand on this, moneys not free flowing and i dont think them taking all the money at once is fair. Do i owe that money, even though it was their error, and we agreed they could take £22.49 a month out of my account. not £50

I think this is in the wrong forum. Nothing to do with Energy. Try the broadband forum but yes you do owe them and will have to pay.0
