Naff, high and loads of pitfalls to answer the last 3 bits.
Most land in the UK is not ever going to be built on and odds are you will end up owning a small parcel that doesnt provide you any income and has very limited growth potential.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0 -
What he says, plus id avoid anything related to credit, land or overpriced stocks right now since the stack of cards is falling down. Reportedly the bank of england is printing off virtual-electronic loans left-right-centre to help stop the banks going bankrupt after their period of bonus seeking pyramid selling. The bubbles got a big hole in it and the surface tension aint holding.

Concentrate on gold, chinese economy and bank bonds right now. Research into "defensive strategys". Im only fairly young so ive never seen this sort of thing happen but having followed the markets being defensive IMO is the best strategy.0
