Paypal Account - Urgent advice needed

Hi all I sold an item on ebay on Monday and the buyer paid by instant payment?? no money has been credited to my account all on my paypal account on ebay it says completed the buyer has obviously become concerned as it is for tickets for next week but understandably i dont want to send these out until i have the payment in…

Sorry but I'm a bit confused. Like others have asked can you please clarify the time line.

Have you been paid, ie does your paypal account show the payment as received? In which case send the tickets special delivery ASAP . If paypal account shows nothing then you have not been paid. However, for clarification, as I do find it difficult to understand your question, look in the sold folder of your ebay..does the payment show as completed or does it show with an egg timer?
