one or more protocols missing on this computer

am on windows 10 when i turn my pc on i cant always connect to the internet when i troubleshoot the problem it says one or more protocols are missing on this pc i have no idea what this means just need a simple way to sort this out ,have been told its because im not installing my windows updates but my pc does this automatic .help any answers thanks

As there are apparently so many potential solutions if neither of those do the trick I'd suggest using google and working your way though other solutions thrown up is going to be quicker than asking here.
