    We sold a 2 bed house just around the corner (very similar style) for £220k in 2011.. then it just sold recently for over £320k. The prices have rocketed in response to the change in catchment areas of the local Jewish school.

    We moved further out to Bricket Wood. Lovely area, but you can't at all call it London
