Anyone know if these have gone up in the last year?
Redoing my flex benefits at work and my monthly cost has more than doubled for the same cover, from £31pm to £78pm.
Cover is £140k, F51nb. Is this reasonable or should I be questioning if the rates have been loaded correctly?

I would imagine it differs from provider to provider, however, it appears that Legal & General may have changed their rates as a client of mine was part of a voluntary scheme and their cover has increased significantly.
It may just be due to you passing a birthday which the scheme underwriters see as being significant ie. age 50.
You could always run some personal quotes and see how they compare, plus you would have the certainty of guaranteed premiums (presuming you chose them). Personal CIC tends to be significantly more comprehensive than group schemes as well.0
