Hello,
Do you know where I can find the SLA's for the HTB agency to issue the Authority to Exchange and then transfer the funds to complete?
I'm sure I've read somewhere its 5 working days for the Authority to Exchange and then 10 working days are required between exchange and completion.
My solicitor is advising me to expect 10 days...but I'm impatient!! Does anyone have any real life experience - is it ever quicker?
Millie

As far as i know only your solicitor can deal with this. 10 days is hardly a long time in the property purchase timeline.0

I know, I'm just keen to get in now! My landlord is selling so after my mortgage took ages, we're getting a bit tight on time - although they haven't sold so might allow a couple of days grace.0 -
It is in the guidelines, sols have to request the funds at least 2 weeks before completion from the HTB agent to allow sufficient time for processing.0
