Cheers everyone for ease I think I will just pay them with the emergency fund, don't need to dip into the overdraft im trying to ditch the idea of overdrafts and credit cards as im finally done with that whole merry'go round. it just gets my goat a bit that it took an age to get the winter weighting rebated (electric pretty static due to not heating with electric) and they will be owing me near £200 next month I haven't started the switch yet as didn't want to get caught out with the early exit fee.
