I have to work on getting some sort of balance back in my life...

Hey CCL, sometimes when I'm feeling rushed I read one of my all time fave books - How to live on 24 hours a day. It's from 1910 so it's free http://www.gutenberg.org/ebooks/2274

It's written for the working man of 1910 but I find the writing style great and it's a really short book - totally changed my thinking about the working day.

We've just made a huge pot of bolognaise! :D

2 packs of pork mince, 3 onions, pack of mushrooms, 4 garlic cloves, 2 cartons of passata, dollop of tomato puree, salt, pepper, herbs. Should last us a few nights! :D

Cooking on a budget: I love it!
