Firstplus help

Hi I had 2 loans with Firstplus at different times. Both were repaid early in 2001 and 2006 by remortgaging. I have written to Firstplus about the last one that was brokered by Freedom Finance saying that I was mis-sold the PPI as I didn't realise it was front loaded. I have had a reply saying that they can't investigate the sale as Freedom Finance are no longer trading. I am thinking about writing to them again on the basis that the amount of PPI that was refunded was too small. Am I too late to do this and having already written to them on the mis-sale am I still OK to write again arguing this different point? If so does anyone have a template for a letter that I can use to quote the rebate regulations? Sorry about all the questions - I have looked for answers in this forum but can't find any.

You complain to ho sold you the PPI not the provider. As yours has gone bust and it was sold after 2005 you need to get in touch with the FSCSNon me fac calcitrare tuum culi0
