Advice on selling cards for charity?

Hi, I've just seen some devastating pictures of acid attack victims in Iran. I don't think I'll ever be able to forget what I've just seen.
I've set up small direct debit for Acid Survivors Trust International but I'm on a low income and can't afford to donate much. I don't have a particularly large circle of acquaintances so sponsorship events aren't the ideal way forward. I've thought about asking local businesses though. I think if I do a sponsored event and send emails to businesses with the link to what I just saw, I doubt too many people will turn me down.
I'd like to have something to do on an ongoing basis and not just a sponsored event once in a while. I'm reasonably creative and would like to make cards for this charity but I don't know where I would sell them. I've thought about Ebay but it would take time to photograph them, list them, post them out, etc and I work full time. Selling them locally would be easier but where would I do that? The only place I've ever seen charity cards is in charity shops, but I can't see eg the British Heart Foundation allowing me to place a box full of cards in their shop in aid of a completely different charity.
Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.
If anyone wants to see the pictures, I don't know if I can post links in here but just google "this photographer unflinchingly captures the effects of acid attacks". Be warned, they are very distressing.

A laudable cause, but I can't imagine cold emails to businesses going very far - companies have a lot of charitable requests, so tend to prioritise ones that their own staff get behind, maybe with match-funding, etc.
That said, some might be willing to let you put a display selling cards on their reception desks for a week.0 -
If you are thinking of using the name of this charity to sell your cards you need to be sure that they are happy with this. To protect their reputation many charities will want to have full control of what is being done in their name. I would get in touch with them to discuss how they would like you to help them.
