I would imagine that attitude prevents an employer taking you on far more than disability.

You are aware that you have disclosed your full name on this thread, is that wise?

I do think it is wise to take legal advice, but before you decide how far to take this (regardless of the advice) think hard about what you hope to achieve.

I also think that given your disability you should consider if fighting this sort of case (and possibly losing) is beneficial to your condition. Even if you were to win ( and no matter how good a case you believe you have it is always a possibility) it may be at great cost.

Yeah, maybe I'm not tough enough to fight this because of my disability. I wish I was strong like a normal person. 😂

    Nathan Jones is a pro-wrestler. ;)

You reckon it was the snarling and dribbling in the interview? Dang, maybe. Maybe it was the way I challenged everything they said and argued with them.

God knows why they offered me the job.

I also question whether you are of sound mind if you have Bipolar.

Yes, mental disability people are crazy nutballs and should never be trusted. Unreliable layabouts, the lot of us.

If I haven't banged my head against a wall for at least an hour in the morning, I'm practically unintelligible.

I feel sorry for you if you think that I think like that.

You're probably a perfectly nice person. But you sounded prejudiced.

People can behave however they like on forums, and take what they like from them. Your imagined forum rules are your rules alone.

I suspect the massive chip on your shoulder is your biggest disability.

Why the aggressive, patronising manner with the posters who have tried to advise?

Your username has a distinct online digital footprint, and it tracks back to one particular person. If I was the employer then it would be so easy to cross reference your face/location to the data found online.

I'm keeping it vague because it might be you, but also because it might be some random person. But don't be so quick to assume that you are invisible online, even if you have the name of a pro-wrestler as your username. Nathanjpj is one username that could be fairly obscure.... meaning that only you would choose to have it.

I reckon I've collared you, and that should worry you. I would strongly recommend a review of your digital footprint if you are going to bring heavy stuff about (prospective) employers onto a public forum.
