2 PCNs for the same offence in 3 days

So it turns out that I parked half the car on the pavement (most of my road allows it and there are white markings to show, and I just happened to park right next to where it ends) on Wednesday. Since I hardly ever use the car, I just left it there until this morning, when I found out I got two PCNs (one on Wednesday at 10pm, the other just yesterday). Surely there is something I could do about this?
Also the evidence for the PCN at 10pm is just a photo of my bumper with the rest of the photo black (ie. you cant see the road or the pavement, so it doesn't really prove anything)

As we tend to major on private parking tickets here, PePiPoo will be your best bet for council tickets. Here's your link:

Have a read through some of the other threads there before you post your own to get the hang of what information they need from you in your opening post - but as a minimum you will need to post redacted photos/scans of all correspondence you've received from the council (both sides, if appropriate) as they need to see all the small print.
PePiPoo has an excellent success record in dealing with council tickets.
You might also like to read this article which contains links to a DIY robot to appeal council tickets. Many have apparently used this to very good effect.

HTHPlease note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
