A: Vortis (Please thank sweetcityjesus for answer, and apologies to anyone who answered based on my original suggestion.)
Sorry about the delay, but I've been having fun with the crossword. The anagram this month is 'a planet visited by the Doctor'. I've managed to complete enough of the crossword to get five of the six letters required and they're TSRIO. Looking at a list of planets on Wiki, which isn't always reliable, the only planet I can see that fits is Atrios.
The letter that I don't have is the 10th letter of 10 down: 'She played Clara (6,7)'. I've got the following letters C?????/S?L???A. Jenna Coleman doesn't fit and Sophie Downham, the only other actress I can find who's played the role, doesn't fit the letters.

That looks to fit your letters - the tenth letter of that is V, though, which gives you the letters VTSRIO... and I'm not a Doctor Who fan so all I can do is Google. I hope the answer helped a bit though? I'll come back and edit my post if I find anything
