The Promotion opens at 00.01 on Thursday 12th May 2016 and closes at 23:59 on Wednesday 1st June 2016 (the “Promotional Period”).
The Prize is one (1) pair of tickets to the Corona Sunsets Music Festival to be taken between 1st July 2016 and 31st August 2016 for the Winner (as defined below) and their one guest aged over 18 years of age (the “Guest”) (the “Prize”. )
6. One (1) entrant will be chosen at random during the week commencing 6th June 2016 under independent supervision from all valid entries made during the Promotional Period and shall win the Prize (each a “Winner”). The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. The Winner will be contacted by telephone using the number given on the Website when entering the Promotion by midday on Friday 10th June. If contact cannot be made and the service is available, a voicemail with return contact number will be left. If the Winner cannot be contacted over, then the Prize will be forfeited and another entry will be chosen at random as a replacement Winner. The Winner will need to confirm that they are at least 18 years of age and be available to take the Prize on the date (once specified). The Winner will also need to name their Guest and confirm that they are also over 18 years of age. The Promoter will confirm the exact date of the Prize to the Winner on this call, but the Promoter guarantees that it will be between 1st July and 31st August 2016.
8. The Winner and their Guest will be responsible for arranging their own travel arrangements to take up the Prize and any related expenses including, but not limited to, insurance, food and drink, that is not stated to be part of the Prize.
9. The Prize will be sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery to the address provided by each Winner on the Website. If the Prize has not been received by the Winner within 5 days of the Promoter contacting them then the Winner should contact [EMAIL="consumer.helpline@ab-inbev.com"]consumer.helpline@ab-inbev.com[/EMAIL].
10. The Winner must accept responsibility for arranging re-delivery or collection of the elements of the Prize from the Post Office if there is no reply when delivery takes place. Any Prize that is returned to sender or is undeliverable for any reason will be forfeited and the Winner will lose their Prize.
11. Individuals are restricted to one entry per person during the Promotional Period. Syndicated entries or those made using methods such as a computer macro, a script or the use of automated devise or processes are not allowed and all such entries will be disqualified and any Prize forfeited.
