    As Neil mentiond have you confirmed ifor it's the cable or charger at fault ?

    Carphone Warehouse have decided to sort it.

    It seems they have an issue with telling you they (as a company) cannot do anything as they do not replace chargers and suggesting you try and sort it with the Manufacturer yourself (default response) or (what appears to be their initial fix option) buy a new charger from them.

    Only once challenged did they seem to want to send it off to the Manufacturer for a warranty repair or confirm whether there was warrenty on the phone. Which is where my phone is now.
