Tiling estimate required

Hi guys, I would really like an estimate for getting two walls in my bathroom fully tiled and how long it would take. The walls are 2.54m wide and the other 1.68m. I've just moved and would like to know how much I need to save and I have a tenant so I'd need to give them notice with a rough estimate on how long it would take. Thanks in advance

Tile size, type, pattern, height etc to extent all play a part (subject too Substrate being ok) If you’d allow 2 days of room being out of use (some would certainly do it quicker) It would pretty much cover i.t....0
