Does anyone recommend something for cleaning UPVC window frames indoors

Yes, CIF cleaner; I swear to god, it's the bees knees on UPVC.

Screwfix No Nonsense uPVC cleaner is pretty good. It won't restore dull, old marked frames though. I think Sandtex do a uPVC restorer but I've not got any experience with it.

Depending on what you're trying to remove, WD40 is very good for removing some remnants from upvc

I used Wurth PVC cleaner on mine and it brought the outsides up beautifully.

I use this as it not only cleans but suppose to protect

Soudal Window Frame cleaner
