Does anyone recommend something for cleaning UPVC window frames indoors

Screwfix No Nonsense uPVC cleaner is pretty good. It won't restore dull, old marked frames though. I think Sandtex do a uPVC restorer but I've not got any experience with it.0

Depending on what you're trying to remove, WD40 is very good for removing some remnants from upvcChanging the world, one sarcastic comment at a time.0

I used Wurth PVC cleaner on mine and it brought the outsides up beautifully.0

I use this as it not only cleans but suppose to protect
