Terms and conditions*

1. The prize as described is available on the date of publication. Should the prize become unavailable, a substitute of equal value shall be provided.
2. One winning entrant will win an overnight stay for two in the 4-star Jury’s Inn, Nottingham, with 1st class return rail travel with CrossCountry. The prize package comprises: • Return 1st class rail travel to Nottingham on any CrossCountry train or trains; • One night’s hotel accommodation in Jurys Inn, Nottingham, based on two people sharing a double room on a bed and breakfast basis; • A character-led ‘Magic Lantern’ backstage tour of the Theatre Royal Nottingham; and two tickets to a matinee performance on the same day.
3. The prize must be taken as one package.
4. The prize does not include travel between the winner’s home and the connection with the CrossCounty service, transfers, food and drink, personal expenditure or incidental costs, other than where mentioned.
5. The prize must be taken before December 31, 2016. Once confirmed, the booking cannot be amended. The winner and their guest must travel together at all times.
6. All elements of the prize are subject to availability, non transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
7. The winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity on behalf of the CrossCountry and the Promoter.
