Balance transfers from high balance credit cards

Hi
My husband's credit card has a balance of £15,000 on it. Is it possible to apply to more than one card company for their 0% balance transfers to be able to shift the debt to interest free for a few months while we bring it down to a more manageable amount?
Apart from our joint mortgage and a car repayments he has no other debt.
