Ludicrous Section 75 Lloyds/HailFax CC

Under Section 75 Team for Hailfax CC agreed with me that the Vehicle was not Fit for Purpose.
The full and final (only offer) was a full refund, of our purchase price, on condition we sold the vehicle. Sell Price deducted from our refund.

No additional costs offered, transport flatbed fees or report Costs offered. In email we where told we would get the Report costs back.

Because of this we counted the offer with the full refund minus £2000 on Condition we get to keep the Vehicle. (the Vehicle is worth Close to Scrap Value we have evidence of this)
So this offer was cheaper for the Bank than there offer but Rejected.
The whole refund amount would go into Fixing the Vehicle up to the standard it should of been Sold in.

So we put a claim against them using Money Claim with additional costs this time.
After this they offered us the same offer again. but this time in writing requesting we Scrap the Vehicle as well.
"If you accept the Full Refund, we are entitled have the vehicle in exchange, however on this occasion
we would be happy for you to dispose of the vehicle and proof it has been destroyed"
(due to logistics)

Why should we have to dispose of the Vehicle ourselves for a Vehicle we are prepared to pay £2000 for and no Additional Costs

They Since filed acknowledgement of Claim, I have waited Since February. I can wait quite while longer. I don't mind.

But it is Ludicrous that they wasting time and effort on this when they already agreed to pay something. Just because they believe we might profit out of this (We won't) and out of Principle. every penny from the Refund. and more (a lot more) will go into the vehicle.

Should the bank not be trying to do what is cheapest for them.
Can't wait to read what there defence is going to be.

Why do you want to pay £2000 for a vehicle not fit for purpose?

Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.
