BW Legal

Hi everyone!
I've just had a 'failed payment' letter from the above company. Nowhere in the letter does it say where or when the parking ticket was issued (as I've had two this year) so I don't actually know what I'm supposed to be paying!
Anyway, the question is, is this legal company legit, should I be worried and should I pay it? I know both of the parking tickets I received were from private parking companies and I'm under the impression you only have to pay for tickets issued by the council?
Thanks in advance

We are not telling you to pay this but you are being too naive there. Tens of thousands of people per year (2014 and 2015) have received court papers from ParkingEye, for example, who never used to sue people five years ago.
You should search this forum for the obvious keywords 'BW Legal' and read advice already provided to people ahead of you in this letter chain. People could get court papers but it doesn't make it unable to be defended. On the other hand, don't dismiss it completely nor throw the letters away.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
