It would just be quicker to provide the marriage certificate if you have it.
Asking for extra documents is not a negative thing, it just means they need more information to make a decision. If they had no intention of lending they would not be asking you for extra documents, that is a waste of everyones time.

I can not answer as to whether it is a problem or not but I would not be overly concerned about it based on what you have said.

ACG, it's just confusing, that our broker didn't ask for us to send this document to him but said that he will be dealing with their manager. Is his actions right? Offer was so close, but now I am little bit confused and scared (of course it's not problem for me to send it, it's just matter of time, we have to move out on 27th of may and we are waiting for an offer since 27th of March and Leeds are always checking each document at least 5 working days, so it will mean another week to wait while they checking marriage certificate) .

and Leeds knew that it's quite urgent for us to know the answer and they knew that we have to move out and are wasting time and not giving any answer for 1.5 months now.

Is your legal work done?

Speak to your broker, in the meantime send them your marriage certificate just so they have it should it be needed.

ACG, no legal work hasn't even been started, as our mortgage advisor has advised that that everyone is waiting for an offer first. I understand that it's not gonna happen until 27th of May, but at least we want to get an offer by that time, as it will be already 2 months of waiting, however our application was stated as urgent.
We are sending all documentation to broker, but he didn't say to send certificate yet to him, just said that he is arguing now with lender regarding this matter.

Forgive my bluntness, but you have completely taken over the OP's thread and totally taken it off-topic.

We all understand you are anxious, but your questions about your application would best be put to your broker/your lender.

If you do want a more general opinion, you have several open threads of your own, such as this one, where people can see things develop if you add to it;-

The broker is going to find out the bank details sooner or later
1 - from bank statements
2 - from payslip (many show sort code and account number sent to)

The broker is going to read your bank statements and see your spending habits. They are going to know your NI number, PAYE code, employer number and all sorts of things.

Sorry you are so inpatient to other people who are really stressed in their life situations, I even had to call ambulance to myself, suspicions to heart attack yesterday. So it's not just waste of time here of asking these questions. Nobody replied in my thread and why I can't ask here in the similar thread?

Anzhelka ... in https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5461640 #12

you wrote (based solely on apparently your half of a case):

I wouldn't agree that Leeds are complete nightmare [in response to my comment "Leeds can be a nightmare and difficult to negotiate with but all you can do is put your faith in your broker."] ...our broker said that they are pretty good and fast, when you submit all documents in one go. They only requested from us loan statements which don't appear on credit file.
I can't really advise on this question...we are dealing with Leeds as well, also shared and new build, but we had all documentation. Our broker said that he has another two lenders (maybe not available to all brokers I think), who do similar deals as Leeds

.... I, like many others (inc Kingstreet) give our unpaid professional time to try and help. Noting your multiple posts, your thoroughly unnecessary response to Kingstreet and your situation induced health problems your might care to review your activities and take a 'chill pill'. Nothing in your current input is encouraging me to take the time to assist (or comfort, which is probably all anyone can do) further.
