Hi all,
I'm new to this forum so please bare with me.
Last November my partner had to go from full time to part time as he's recently had a major operation, so we caller tax credits and told them and we got an award letter saying there is a £787 potential payment. I know they can't know for sure until we renew bit I called them the other day to see if purchase pack had been sent out (which it has thankfully) bit while I was on the phone I asked about the potential payment and he said there was nothing on the system about one, does that mean there is a mistake? Thanks to anyone who replies

You mean your renewal pack?
As for the adviser, it's not really possible to say. He might have just been looking at this year rather than last.0 -
Sorry yes I meant renewal, typos on my phone! Ok thankyou I'll just wait and see what happens once I've renewed.0
