SoThanks to all who gave me advice a year ago... I've just logged on again because of another issue with these pushy letting agents.... What scum they can be.
a) what happened with the energy company? Did you get the keys? choose your own?
b) what's the issue now/ Let me guess - renewal fees?
* Ending/renewing an AST: what happens when a fixed term ends? How can a LL or tenant end a tenancy? What is a periodic tenancy?0 -
I stood my ground on the utilities issue, thanks to the Ofgem link that pmlindyloo posted, and they gave in and gave me the keys.
