Disinfecting garden?

I've been sitting in my garden today and, in places, it really smells quite strongly of dog wee. It seems to be where he cocks his leg up the fences and I guess the strong sun is making the smell worse.
I do wash the garden down regularly and, up to fairly recently, used Jeyes Fluid on it. I read though that it can be dangerous for dogs even if washed away well so I am reluctant to use that.
What do other dog owners use? I can't be the only one with this problem surely? Also I would hate to think that my neighbour could smell it (only have a neighbour one side).
I am thinking whatever I use I need to spray it on the fences.

A simple lawn sprinkler used regularly will help to dilute it and wash it away:A:dance:1+1+1=1:dance::A

We used Mistral in the kennels - the lavender one was the best."Men are generally more careful of the breed(ing) of their horses and dogs than of their children" - William Penn 1644-1718

I do hose the garden down regularly and make sure to spray the fences too. Also apart from using Jeyes, I often take bowls of hot soapy water outside and pour them on the paving and fences. The world is over 4 billion years old and yet you somehow managed to exist at the same time as David Bowie0 -
Another vote for Mistral. Kills the smell and is safe for the dogs once dry.0

Some vets use Mistral, too, as do lots of people on a dog forum I'm a member of.
There used to be some very good online deals for multiple purchases.0 -
