Tesco Clubcard or Santander 123?

I've been using a Tesco Clubcard credit card for years to collect clubcard points to use on discounted days out to places like Longleat. However, would I reap more rewards by using my Santander 123 credit card instead?

    How can we know?
If your s123 monthly cashback is less than £3, it won't even cover the monthly fee.

And do your realise that Tesco card pays you pathetic 1 point per £4 spent in Tesco, per £8 spent elsewhere and nothing if you spend, say, £7.99 elsewhere?

True, but how would that be relevant to someone looking for info on credit cards on a board for credit card posts?

Granted OP would also earn Clubcard points per qualifying spend in addition to the 1 point per £4 (of in store spend) but at least they'd earn 7 points PLUS 1% cashback using the Santander 123 MasterCard.
It's not your credit score that counts, it's your credit history. Any replies are my own personal opinion and not a representation of my employer.

This just adds confusion as you earn 1p/£4 with a club card and don't need a CC for this.
