Hi All,
I and my 4 year old are going to the US for a few weeks on a working holiday. I'm self employed and working about a week of the 3 I am there. (childcare sorted) I wanted to ask for recommendations as to the best travel insurance that includes cover for "business".
I am lugging my laptop, smartphone with but don't normal policies with gadget cover cover those things?
Also I had a look around and some policies cover for cancellation due to work reasons. Anyone have recommendations on this?
Cheers!

There are lots of options - the problem with insurance is that you've no idea how good they are until you approach them with a claim. Online you are only likely to get reports (read:rants) when people are disappointed with their treatment.
You'll need insurance which covers you working, and not just being a tourist, but many policies will offer this as standard, or with a premium. (In fact my credit card free insurance policies also cover working abroad). Please check that it covers the USA.

Thanks for your help.
Gratefully I don't need a visa as I am a dual national.
