Help with Dropbox please?

I have a Samsung Galaxy Tablet and until recently any photos I took using the tablet camera automatically appeared in my Dropbox on my laptop and on the tablet.

For some reason they've recently stopped being transferred automatically and I'm having to transfer by using the "send" facility in Photos on my tablet.

Can anybody help me get back to automatic transfer please?

Check the Dropbox settings....Open the App - press the menu button -choose settings - make sure the 'Turn on camera upload' is set correctly. Make sure it's also set to only upload on WiFi.....
Also if that is set, make sure your WiFi is turned on and connected...

Thank you!!! It was turned off, so hopefully it'll work now. Not sure how that happened as I haven't changed anything. I think DB was updated recently so maybe that's when it changed?

Hi,
have just set this up on phone, tablet and computer.

Q - when I send pictures from 'Pictures' folder on computer, to dropdox folder, they MOVE out of 'pictures' but do not stay AS WELL, in 'pictures'.
Not really knowing what dropbox is (at the moment), I want to retain them in 'pictures'/computer, AS WELL.

Also, on both phone and tablet, pictures from computer appear under 'files', not 'photos' - why ?
(one photo now appears as both a file AND a photo !)



What to do please ??

Also, 'turn on camera upload' on phone/tablet, will not stay permanently ON. Has to be selected each time.
