As per title..NRAM have updated at Least 2 CRA"s with conflicting information.
Ive raised a dispute with NRAM as they reported my Mortgage was not paid for 14 months...shows as Missed payment.
I allowed them a week or two and called them to be told yes we have made a mistake and your credit file(s) have been notified to update to show correct info.
Check my Equifax via clear score and its gone from Missed to Payed for 14 months...happy days, until I get an Email from Call credit stating Nram have notified them that the information is correct and payments wasn't made.
Ive contacted NRAM once again to be told this time that as there was arrears they have the right to update each month as missing payment...despite the agreed amount being paid.
When Ive asked why at least two CRA"s have been told opposite information and the lady said she would open a fresh complaint as the old complaint was resolved...when ive asked why I hadn't received a final response letter she ummed and arrhhed and said well that's because complaint is on going (day 22 of 56).
Taken screen shots of both CRA"s as proof just in case they change once again.
So question is can they update two different CRA"s with opposite info and shouldn't they have given final response letter if they have already acted...I was told a week ago a letter was on its way, nothing has arrived and was told by last person I s[poke to the complaint was on going, seem to be getting lots of conflicting stories from NRAM.

I don't think they've done anything "final" here so I wouldn't see a final response as appropriate.
It's more along the lines of you made a complaint, they've acted, theyre waiting to see if it's to your satisfaction.
As to not receiving the letter and them saying it's been sent, well that happens a lot. It happened a lot when I was the employee too despite knowing full well I did sent it.
A letter goes through a lot of hands before it reaches the postal service, mistakes happen. It's rarely malicious.0 -

Yes agree nothing is final yet...only mentioned that as they oringinaly said it was final...before they said its not final...lol
My concern is and maybe its lost in my waffle..is why have they updated at least two agencies with differing information...information couldn't be any more different.
Not a case one hasn't been updated to reflect the other...as one has change from Missed to paid...and other has emailed stating NRAM have refused to update to show paid...bizarre.?0
