Flat Roof Replacement Quote

Hi,

We have a leaky flat roof that is over an extension to the living room.
It's approx 14ft x 11ft and is around 25 years old.

We have had this quote;

To supply all plant, labour and materials.

Strip up complete existing covering to lower rear extension flat roof.

Remove all defective decking timbers and clean to joists.

Re-deck to same, using 18mm OSB3 stirling boards.

Re-cover entire area, using three layers of high performance torch on roofing felt.

The first two layers to be plain bonding, with one layer 4mm charcoal mineral to finish.

Supply and fit black UPVC facia cladding board to left flank as discussed.

Make good to all cement work.

Remove all debris from site.
