Problem with Cheap Enery Club

A couple of months ago I switched to Flow Energy from EON via the Cheap Energy Club. When I was almost through the process the system went down and later I repeated the switch. It turned out that although I hadn't finished the first switch completely that I had entered enough for it to happen. I therefore had 2 switches going through for the same switch to Flow Connect 6. I telephoned Flow and was assured that only one of the switches would be processed and that is what happened so there was no problem. However, when I now look at comparisons via the Cheap Energy Club it tells me that I have a switch in progress from Flow Connect 6 to Flow Connect 6 and it will cost me £7 more!!!!! It doesn't matter at the moment as I have only recently switched but it looks as though I will now be permanently in a state of "switch in progress". Can somebody from the Cheap Energy Club tell me how I can get this resolved?

I Joined the cheap energy club. i have just had an email saying I am being switched. I do not want to switch to a deal I haven't seen, so I am trying to stop that happening. I have filled in a form on the cheap energy club website but i've noticed it says they will reply if they can help. What happens if they think they can't help?. Im now very concerned about the whole thing so I try to access my account and request a new password. When the confirmation email comes through with a link to a new password, the email is addressed to a name other than mine. I now don't know if this is a scam email or not and if its not I don't want to be signed up to a deal I haven't seen.
Can anyone help ?0 -
e-mail as in the post above yours. There has obviously been some kind of mix up, error or fraud so you need to get it sorted.0
