Two Houses to Sell to buy a New Build....

Its probably going to depend on the building company.
Would you please have an opinion on whether a building company would accept 100% part exchange on mine AND my Partners property...
The figures are as follows.
220 k to purchase new build
My property ....value £110k...£60k Mortgage
Partners Property ....value £100k Mortgage 40k.
We both have about 50k each in capital to play with also....but would like to make a quick clean break...without all the hassle of selling.

I haven't done yet....just wanting to know if anyone else had done it this way....I suppose we could use the perk to just sell mine....and wait for hers...to sell....but would rather not....0
