I only see 1.0 and 1.2 Micras. Hundreds of 03 ones on autotrader for under £500.
Go private, and you can probably replace it with another one for less than your repair bill would have been.0 -
If he's a sole trader worth doing a ccj search on him. And get his actual name not his business name and change the claim to that.
Your only problem now is the cars in bits without him having opportunity to look at it.
You need a report in writing as to the faults, hopefully that will help you.
If you put your case to the courts well you should win still as 500 quid not not you still expect it to do what it should ie drive.0
