Noble Homes - West Yorkshire - has anyone dealt with them?

Hi,

I'm currently looking at one of their developments with a view to buying, but I cannot find ANY reviews, good or bad, online.

It's a long shot, as they're small and locally based, but has anyone got any insight as to what sort of company they are to deal with?

Many thanks

Dennis Noble started out as a builder. I used to work in the builders merchants he used back in 1988 and he had already been going sometime before then.

The company expanded into housebuilding sometime after I left the job but the company must be doing something right if they are still going strong. Quite a few of the other larger builders I knew at the time have ceased trading.

Thanks, usefulmale. Good to know they're not a flash in the pan type of company!

It's just frustrating because I don't feel I can properly research what I may be getting myself into!

Of course you can. Engage with the site management, enquire as to their supply chain etc and get a feel for the way they do things.

I'd trust that far more than any online reviews or spiel from the sales staff.

Thanks - were I to do that (which I will, as best I can), what are the key questions I should be asking?

    If I sound naive, it's because I am! ☺

Questions are irrelevant. Observation is everything.

How lucid is the site manager? A stressed manager suggests a bad build in my opinion.

The construction site, how tidy/organised is it?
