Hello

My parents use Ipads and have BT broadband. Do they need the BT Netprotect Plus or can this be cancelled from their package?

Many thanks.

BT Netprotect Plus seems to be their bundled "free" copy of McAfee anti-virus. It won't even work on an iPad - it's a Mac and Windows product - so if they're actually paying any money for it, stop ASAP! (BT list it as 'free' on all but the lowest Infinity tier, which is probably a good indicator what it's really worth; even if they did need one, there are good free products available for that job.)
