Has Lloyds now confirmed you had PPI, or are the Claims Guys saying you had?

Apparently the DSAR that they had back from Lloyds said I did.

So, it sounds like Lloyds havent even been approached about the PPI find yet and it is the claims guys that are telling you this incorrect information.

Think I need to do some digging & get to the bottom of whether there was PPI or not, I had kind of got my hopes up as I was in the forces at the time so no question of mis selling if there was.

Wasn't that what the ambulance chaser agreed to do. Ask them for a copy of the DSAR reply. If they don't provide it put in a complaint against them.
